How does the 5,000-issue allowance work?: Your allowance is shared across all linked repositories and resets each billing period. Automatic prioritization, bulk runs, and previews count toward it. Each successful scoring run counts, including repeat scores. Failed scoring does not count. At the limit, scoring pauses until the next period.
Can I keep my existing labels?: Yes. You choose the label for each priority when linking a repository. Existing labels are reused and missing ones are created.
What about issues that are already open?: Run "Prioritize open issues" from the dashboard to label open issues without a priority, up to 25 per run.
What access does Triaged need?: Repository access to read issues and apply labels, and webhook access to hear about new issues. Only repositories you link are touched.
What happens if I cancel or unlink?: Cancellation ends your subscription according to its terms. Unlinking a repository removes its webhook and stops new labels, but does not cancel your subscription. Labels already applied stay on GitHub.
