Service and provider

Triaged is provided by Jenny Sever, Bertholdstraße 5, 75015 Bretten, Germany, hi@tin.codes. Triaged uses AI to score GitHub issues and applies priority labels according to your settings. Results are suggestions and may be wrong or incomplete.

Your content and permissions

Only link repositories you have the necessary rights to. You keep the rights to your content. Where Triaged processes repository personal data on your behalf, our data-processing agreement forms part of these terms. You permit the processing required for the prioritization you request, including transfer to the providers named in the privacy policy. Do not submit credentials or content whose processing would be unlawful.

Scope of service

The Free plan includes one linked repository and 5 successful scores per calendar month, counted in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The Pro plan includes up to 10 linked repositories and 5,000 successful scores per billing period. Automatic scores, previews and repeat scores count toward the allowance. Failed scores do not count. Unused scores do not carry over. Once the limit is reached, scoring pauses until the allowance resets: at the start of the next calendar month on the Free plan, or of the next billing period on the Pro plan.

If a Pro subscription ends while more repositories are linked than the Free plan allows, they stay linked. Only the repository linked first continues to be prioritized; the others are paused until you subscribe again or unlink repositories.

Subscriptions and orders

An account and the Free plan are free of charge and require no payment details. We may change or discontinue the Free plan with at least 30 days’ notice by email, except where immediate changes are needed to prevent abuse or for security reasons. You can stop using the Free plan at any time by unlinking your repositories and asking us to delete your account.

Where checkout is available, Triaged Pro costs USD 5 per month including applicable tax. The total and currency are shown before you place your order. The monthly subscription renews until cancelled. There is no minimum commitment beyond the current monthly period and no automatic charge for exceeding the usage allowance.

You can review and correct your details in checkout before the final paid-order button. Pro access starts after payment is confirmed. You need an internet connection, a supported web browser and a GitHub account with the repository permissions required by the service.

Paddle purchases

Our online reseller and merchant of record is Paddle. Paddle sells the subscription and handles payment, applicable sales taxes, invoices and payment-related support. Jenny Sever supplies and operates Triaged. The relevant Paddle legal entity is identified in checkout and your receipt.

Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Refund Policy; these Triaged terms govern use of the service. Save your order confirmation and the terms for your records. Availability is limited to countries and payment methods supported by Paddle.

Cancellation and consumer rights

You may cancel ordinary monthly renewal at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. Use Cancel contracts here, the billing page in your account, or the link in your Paddle receipt. After a Pro subscription ends, your account continues on the Free plan. Unlinking repositories or deleting an account does not cancel billing. Your right to terminate for cause and mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

Withdrawal and refund requests are explained on our withdrawal page. A cancellation of future renewal is different from withdrawal and does not itself refund an earlier payment.

Service quality and support

Contact hi@tin.codes for technical problems, contract questions or complaints. AI scores are suggestions, not guarantees; review changes to your repositories. Mandatory rights concerning defective digital services, required updates and remedies remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

Existing contracts and termination

Existing subscriptions are governed by the terms agreed when they were purchased. You can submit your notice via Cancel contracts here or contact us at hi@tin.codes. Unlinking a repository does not end a subscription. Labels already applied on GitHub remain.
